Alacrity was acquired by Transwitch Corporation of Shelton, Connecticut in August 2000. Transwitch Corporation (NASDAQ : TXCC) is a leading developer and global supplier of innovative high-speed VLSI semiconductor solutions.

Arasor International Ltd is a developer and manufacturer of optical and wireless solutions for tier-one networking and wireless providers in the US, India, China, Australia as well as to consumer electronic manufacturers and integrators around the world. Founded in 2001 by Simon Cao and having main design and manufacturing centers in Nansha, China, Arasor went IPO on the Australia Stock Exchange under the symbol ARR in Oct 2006.

Beyonics Technology Ltd, formerly known as Uraco Holdings Ltd, is a leading Singapore-based manufacturing group specialized in electronic manufacturing services and precision. Beyonics operates tooling, manufacturing and logistic facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China to service a broad range of customers in the high-tech and medical industries. After Chay Kwong Soon took over as Chairman in March 2000, Beyonics was returned to profitability and sales grows more than 10x to over $1B. Beyonics has been listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange since 30 August 1995.

Centrality Communications, Inc. formerly known as Palm Micro Communications, is a fab-less SOC company and leading developer of semiconductor system solutions for GPS navigation products. Founded in 1999 by Chi-shin Wang and headquartered in Redwood City, California, Centrality also has a worldwide presence with branch offices in Shanghai, Taipei, Seoul, and Brussels. Centrality's Atlas™ and Titan™ family of navigation processors deliver the new standard in features and value for the navigation infotainment systems market. Centrality was acquired by SiRF Technology Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ : SIRF) on 6 August 2007.  SiRF is a leading provider of GPS-enabled silicon and premium software location platforms.

Fiberxon, Inc is a China-based leading supplier of optoelectronic transceivers for Metro, Access, and PON applications. Founded in 2000 by Wang Min, Fiberxon has its headquarters in Santa Clara, California, and main design and manufacturing centers in Shenzhen and Chengdu, China. Fiberxon was acquired by MRV Communications, Inc, a leading USA provider of network equipment and services, and optical components in Jan 2007. Publicly traded since 1992, MRV is listed on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol MRVC.

InterVideo, Inc is a software publisher specializing in multimedia related programs. InterVideo's products include video capturing, video editing, DVD authoring, CD/DVD recording, film distribution, and video playback. Its best known product is WinDVD which at its height was pre-installed in more than 50% of new PCs shipped by major brands. Founded in 1998 by Steve Ro and headquartered in Fremont, California, InterVideo went IPO  on NASDAQ under the symbol IVV on 17 Jul 2003. In August, 2005, InterVideo acquired one of its main competitors Ulead Systems. In August, 2006, Corel Corporation announced that it would acquire InterVideo.

Leadtek Research is a leading developer and manufacturer of computer graphic, multimedia and communication and navigation products for the worldwide market. Headquartered in Taipei, it has subsidiaries in the US, Europe and China. Leadtek was founded in 1986 by Mr. K. S. Lu and has been listed in the Taipei Stock Exchange since 3 June 1999.

Founded in 1993 by Charles Liang and headquartered in San Jose, Califormia, Supermicro went IPO on NASDAQ under the symbol SMCI on 29 Mar 2007.

V-bits, Inc is a developer of leading-edge standard-based products to allow processing of digital video streams for the emerging digital cable, digital satellite, broadcast DTV and Internet video application markets. It was founded in 1997 in the Silicon Valley and received its first institutional funding led by Chay Kwong Soon in the same year. The company successfully launched its first digital video re-multiplexor, Ratemux, that processes and manipulates MPEG-2 bit streams in real-time. The company was led by Chay Kwong Soon as Chairman, Michael Moone as President & CEO and the co-founders, Ji Zhang and Fang Wu. V-bits was acquired by Cisco Systems, Inc (NASDAQ : CSCO) on 11 November 1999.

Changsha Zoomlion Heavy Industry was established in 1992, reformed in 1999, and listed in 2000 in Shanghai, China. Zoomlion is currently the second largest supplier in concrete machinery and off-highway truck cranes, commanding a market share of around 20% each in China.
